Garden to Pantry: Preserving Stone Fruits

Master Food Preservers will demonstrate safe food preservation techniques, such as water bath canning and dehydration. You will learn how to prepare a delicious peach salsa, the perfect complement to crackers and cheese, bread, chips and a refreshing ice cream topping. Preserve your summer fruits to enjoy any time of year.

Learn how to make your own solar powered fountain. Harness the sun to power your garden’s water feature, and get tips and ideas for creating your own water feature. This is a great project to learn the basics of solar and a fun activity for the whole family. We will provide solar panels and pumps (limit 1 per family).
