Learn how to preserve stone fruits for future use in this demonstration style class. Master Food Preservers will demonstrate safe food preservation techniques, such as water bath canning and dehydration. You will learn how to prepare a delicious peach salsa, the perfect complement to crackers and cheese, bread, chips and a refreshing ice cream topping. Preserve your summer fruits to enjoy any time of year.
