Please join Co-Directors Janet Zeller and Shawn Harrison for a walk and talk at the American River Ranch that is sure to delight and bring a sense of awe. There is so much wildlife to see on the farm this time of the year. We will share priority projects for the coming year and show you what has been accomplished in the last few years. We want you to see the progress we’ve made to restore and develop the historic American River Ranch and establish a Center for Food, Health & the Environment after many years of dreaming, planning, cultivating partnerships and seeking funding. We will discuss innovative strategies the leadership team has utilized to help Soil Born Farms survive and thrive during these difficult times. You’ll learn about the mission-aligned micro businesses we are creating to provide consistent revenue, support our programs and help close funding gaps. We want you to know how much we appreciate your support, encouragement and participation through the years. We couldn’t do this without you.

We will be serving organic coffee and tea, seasonal fruit from our orchards, fresh baked goods and farmhouse kitchen frittata bites prepared by our Culinary Arts Team.

Bundle up, light layers recommended and wear boots or good walking shoes. This is an indoor and outdoor event. We will reschedule if there is a storm.
