You’ll become familiar with a variety of edible and medicinal mushrooms, their uses in cooking and wellness, and several methods for growing them at home. Each participant will take home:

• A step-by-step guide to growing mushrooms
• A medicinal mushroom quick-reference sheet
• A resource list for continued learning
• Sterile inoculated grain to start your own home grow
