Discover the wonder of the farm through our multi-sensory exploration sessions for toddlers age 3-5 and one adult chaperone. Sing songs, play games, listen to stories and explore with all our senses. Toddlers will gain new vocabulary, practice social skills and work on executive functions.

Note: To protect the quality of the experience for the little ones, no older siblings or additional adults are welcome in the class. One adult may chaperone two children who register for the experience.

Meet the Sheep
Come meet our new resident sheep on the farm during our sheep-themed class! Students will practice their motor skills while they make paper crafts and yarn wrapped sheep. We’ll end our class by taking a trip to the animal barn and saying hello to the new flock.

Flower Presses and Fabulous Prints
Practice the art of flower pressing! Students will harvest flowers from our garden to make mini-cardboard flower presses and solar prints. We will use pre-pressed flowers to make rock art and take home clay flower ornaments.

Bugs, Bugs, Bugs!
Get a close up view of the garden critters! Students will use bug catchers to identify insects and sing the Bug Parts song. We will make bug themed art and read a book about the critters that live in our garden.

Senses Nature Exploration
Dive into all five senses as we explore the garden for scents, sounds, and tasty treats! Students will practice using their senses as they discover new sounds with shakers and make art with spices. We will explore taste through delicious fruits and veggies growing in the garden.

5 B’s of Pollination
Learn all about the incredible pollinators in the garden! Students will observe different bee specimens and practice their team building skills during our Busy Bee game. We’ll sing our Honey Bee song and end our day by tasting Soil Born’s very own honey!

Farm Animal Art Day
Enjoy a beautiful day on the farm learning all about animals! Students will craft hooting owl puppets, make paper cow masks, and paint fluffy sheep. We’ll end class by meeting one of our resident chickens.
