Learn how to preserve tomatoes for future use in this demonstration style class. Master Food Preservers will demonstrate safe food preservation techniques, such as water bath canning and dehydration. You will learn how to prepare a simple homemade Italian pasta sauce and tomato ketchup that can be stored in a pantry and enjoyed any time of year.
