Join us for a composting “wormshop.” Vermicomposting is the science of composting with worms, and it’s a great way to put nutrients back into your soil and keep organics out of the landfill. The worm composting bin we will make in this class can be used indoors – even at the office. No bad odors or bugs – just an amazing soil supplement for your garden, potted plans, and more. You will go home with a worm bin, worms, and plenty of knowledge on the care and feeding of your new composting friends. Children must be accompanied by an adult and only one composter will be provided per family.
