This class has been cancelled due to low enrollment. Garden and art activities can help children manage their big feelings and fears. In this class, adults will learn how to teach children that the garden is a safe and welcoming place where they can leave their stress behind. You will learn to teach resiliency skills, stress management skills, and self-soothing techniques that empower children and help them express themselves. You will leave with practical ideas that can help children ages 4 through 17. Recommended for parents, care providers and teachers (adults only). No art or garden experience is necessary.
