This is an artful class for renewal with self-massage techniques from many disciplines. We progress to centering and movement for spinal and joint mobility, involving circular and figure 8 patterns coordinated with breathwork. Open nerve pathways, return to your senses and achieve more energy, mobility and internal space. This class is primarily taught seated; stools are provided. The last portion is standing balance and integration. Bring a towel or pillow for your stool if you appreciate extra padding. Also, bring water and a hand towel. The massage and movement classes are suitable for most people.
