Each season brings unique challenges and opportunities for our well-being. This class will offer techniques for using herbs, diet, and good habits for supporting mental and physical well-being and avoiding illness in the colder, darker months of the year. The class will include lecture, demonstration and hands-on creation of herbal remedies for yourself or for holiday gifts.
