Empower yourself to handle non-emergency first aid situations using plant-based remedies. We will discuss preparations to be kept on hand for minor injuries and illnesses, learn to create home and travel first aid kits, and identify first aid plants you may find in the wilderness. We will make herbal preparations in class to get you started on your kit.
