Janet Zeller will facilitate an inspiring panel discussion that will blend the personal stories of leading teachers in the wellness movement with practical lifestyle, nutrition and herbal wisdom. The presentations will offer insights, practices and tools that will help you feel your best and stay healthy with the seasons.

Yoga on the Farm with Summer Ward

Being able to combine her love of yoga, nature, and overall wellness by leading classes at Soil Born Farms is one of her favorite ways to build a healthier community. This class will be held outside designed for all levels with an emphasis on the lessons we find in nature and attention to the cycles we discover within ourselves just like the changing seasons!  INSTRUCTOR BIO >

Awakening of the Senses with Ann Sibbet

This gentle seated class is a Gyrokinesis® self-massage sequence to stimulate and open the senses. starting with the head (eyes, nose, ears, cranium) and moving through the body. We’ll use percussive movements and breath work to open joints and musculature and invite spinal movement in all directions, arching and curling, side bending, spiraling, and undulating waves. Grow Medicine in Your Own Backyard with Rev. Candis Cantin

Candis will show us how to make herbal medicine from local wild plants and from the garden. After leading a short herb walk and gathering plants from around the farm, she will discuss and demonstrate how to use them. Do chronic health issues disrupt your life? Cleaning out your pantry, cleaning up your diet, and improving lifestyle practices can help you kickstart your body’s natural ability to heal and help you transform your life.
