We will also review basic items that will create success while cooking with students including tools and basic ingredient kits. We will prepare all 4 recipes and then eat together at the end.

Check out our class calendar. Spring brings a multitude of medicinal plants that are our natural allies and provide much of what we need during this season of renewal. We will discuss ways to address seasonal allergies and their underlying causes, healthy ways to do a spring cleanse, and herbs for collecting, eating, and using medicinally to support overall health and vitality. We will collect plants, make medicine, and sample some of the offerings of the season.
