Zucchini Mushroom Medley Sauté


1 tablespoon butter
1 cup fresh Dragon Gourmet mushroom mix, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup zucchini, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Salt & Pepper


  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet.
  2. Add the onions, mushrooms, thyme and paprika and sauté 3-5 minute.
  3. Add the zucchini and sauté until 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until zucchini and tomatoes are tender, about 2 minutes more.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve plain or sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
