1 banana
1/2 orange, peeled
1⁄2 white grapefruit, peeled
1⁄4 cup frozen fruit or berries
2 large kale leaves
1 /2 cup coconut, almond, or soy milk
1⁄2 inch piece of ginger
Maple syrup or honey (optional)
3-4 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You may need to add more coconut milk, or honey to taste.
