Winter Braise with Orange


1 bag of braise mix, washed
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2  tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and pepper
Zest of one orange


  1. In a large sauté pan, sauté the garlic in the olive oil until fragrant. Add in the braising mix and cook until wilted and tender about three to five minutes. Season with salt and pepper and orange zest.
