Serve on grilled meat, fish, vegetables, or as a sauce for just about anything!


1 pint plain whole Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons each fresh dill, mint, & Italian parsley

1 medium Striped Serpent cucumber finely chopped

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic minced

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper


  1. Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
