1/2 pound turnips, scrubbed and chopped
1/2 pound potatoes, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons butter or vegan butter substitute
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil, salt well.
Add chopped turnips and potatoes and cook until soft, about 10-20 minutes.
Drain and mash turnips and butter with butter, Greek yogurt, maple syrup until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
