Tomato Peach Salsa


2 ripe peaches, pitted and diced
2 big beef slicer tomatoes, cored and diced
2 sweet gyspy peppers, seeded and diced
2 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup Walla Wall onion, diced
1 tablespoon lime juice, plus more to taste
1 teaspoon minced, Anaheim pepper, plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
Chips for dipping


  1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with additional lime juice, Anaheim pepper or salt, if desired.
  2. Serve salsa with tortilla chips, or spoon onto grilled chicken or fish.
