Heirloom Tomato, Sweet Onion & Basil Salad


4 heirloom tomatoes, chopped
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
¼ cup basil, chiffonade
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add the tomatoes and onion to a mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, white balsamic, salt and pepper. Pour over tomato salad.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and top with basil.
