2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced into bite size pieces
½ cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
¼ medium red onion, sliced thin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice tomatoes and transfer to a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss well. Chill for 5 minutes.
