2 tablespoons butter
4 cup shredded green cabbage
2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
2 celery ribs, sliced
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Directions:
In a large skillet melt butter over medium high heat.
Add all the vegetables and sauté until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
