Summertime Garden Salsa

Ingredients:

1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup zucchini, diced
1/2 cup sweet peppers, seeded and diced (Jimmy Nardello and Gypsy peppers)
1 small onion, diced
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon jalapeno, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Transfer salsa, using a slotted spoon, into a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
