Spring Rolls!

Ingredients:

Cucumbers
Carrots, shredded
Other raw veggies?
peanut butter
water
honey, garlic, soy sauce, chii peppers

Directions:

  1. Cut cucumbers into thin strips, along with carrots and whatever other raw veggies catch your fancy.
  2. Wrap up in spring roll wrappers, and serve cold with fresh herbs (basil!) and this peanut sauce.

Peanut Sauce:
3 part peanut butter
2 part water
Honey, garlic, soy sauce, and chili peppers to
taste.
