Spring Coleslaw


2-3 kohlrabi (leaves optional)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 spring onion, chopped
1 tsp green garlic, finely diced
1/2 tsp ground dill, or 1 tsp fresh chopped
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise or yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Grate the kohlrabi into a medium bowl.
  2. Add onions, mayo/yoghurt and spices.
  3. Mix well and enjoy!
