Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Sauce


Spaghetti squash
1 cup tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Bake the squash until the flesh is yielding and soft, an hour or more.
  3. Slice the squash in half and scrape out the seeds.
  4. Drag a fork through the flesh, pulling the strands apart.
  5. Toss them lightly with olive oil, salt, and freshly milled black pepper.
  6. Toss with your choice of tomato sauce and serve with parmesan cheese.
