1 ½ cups vine ripe tomatoes, cored, seeded and diced
½ pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1-2 jalapenos, finely minced (optional-seed the pepper for less spice)
1 Jimmy Nardello pepper, seed and mince
½ cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
1 large garlic clove, peeled and finely minced
1 small onion, minced
Juice of ½ a lime
¾ teaspoon sea salt
