Sautéed Snap Peas with Toasted Sesame Seeds


1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound sugar snap peas, end and strings removed
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon Braggs
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Toast sesame seeds until golden. Set aside a let cool.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the snap peas and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, one more minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil, Braggs, salt, pepper and cilantro. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
