Simple Roasted Onions


Olive Oil
balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper


  1. Toss onions, sliced into rounds, with equal amounts olive oil and balsamic vinegar (about 2 tbsp each), a tablespoon of rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place in a baking dish with a few tablespoons of water and bake at 400 for 30 minutes covered, then 30 minutes uncovered (less time if the onions are small, like the ones in your box).
  3. Great as a side dish, or added to green salads.
