Onions
Olive Oil
balsamic vinegar
rosemary
salt & pepper
Directions:
Toss onions, sliced into rounds, with equal amounts olive oil and balsamic vinegar (about 2 tbsp each), a tablespoon of rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a baking dish with a few tablespoons of water and bake at 400 for 30 minutes covered, then 30 minutes uncovered (less time if the onions are small, like the ones in your box).
