Simple Carrot Recipe


olive oil
rosemary & thyme to taste
1/2 lemon or orange


You can also try this simple recipe:

  1. Remove greens and chop carrots.
  2. Cook in a skillet with 2 tbs. olive oil, ½ cup chopped onion, and ground pepper to taste over medium heat until tender.
  3. Add rosemary and thyme to taste (fresh if available).
  4. Squeeze about half a lemon or orange over the seasoned carrots and enjoy!
