Sesame Orange Broccoli


1 Navel orange
1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
3 deep purple scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 cups Piracicaba brocollini, stems and florets chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds


  1. Zest 2 teaspoons orange peel and juice ½ cup orange juice.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, Braggs, toasted sesame oil and green onions.
  3. Heat canola oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add the broccoli and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add orange zest, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes to the broccoli, stir and cook 1-2 minutes more, or until broccoli is crisp tender.
  5. Add the Braggs mixture to the broccoli, stir and cook 30 seconds more and turn off heat.
  6. Sprinkle on the toasted sesame seeds and serve.
