Sesame Garlic Green Beans


1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch diagonal pieces
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1-2 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Amions or soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or 1/2 onion, diced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds


  1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Pour in canola oil and add sliced garlic, cook for about 30 seconds. If you choose to cook with onions instead of garlic, add onions and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Toss in the green beans and sesame oil.
  4. Stir the beans to coat with oil.
  5. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, until beans are bright green.
  6. Add Braggs and stir frequently for about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Stir in toasted sesame seed and transfer to a serving platter.
