Roasted & Caramelized Fennel

Ingredients:

3 medium fennel bulbs
Olive oil
Sea salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Trim and quarter the fennel bulbs and season with sea salt and black pepper and drizzle with oil.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 1 hour or until the fennel is tender and nicely caramelized. Serve as a side dish.
