Roasted Broccoli Florets With Two Dipping Sauces

Ingredients:

1lb Broccoli
3Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Separate broccoli into smaller florets and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Toss broccoli in a mixing boil with olive oil and salt.
  4. Lay broccoli florets cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast until the bottoms are browned in spots and the edges crispy, around 15 minutes.
  6. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with dipping sauces.

Garlic Butter:
In a small pan melt 3 Tablespoons butter over low heat.
Add 2-3 cloves garlic and a dash of salt.
Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes stirring frequently until fragrant.

Asian dipping sauce:
2Tbsp soy sauce
2Tbsp lemon juice
1Tbsp orange juice
1.5 Tsp Honey
1Tbsp chopped scallion
1/2 Tsp grated ginger

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until honey is dissolved
