Red Butter Lettuce Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette


1 head Skyphos butter lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
4 French breakfast radishes, thinly sliced
4 salad turnips, thinly sliced
1 cup mixed carrots, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼-½ teaspoon granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or to taste


  1. Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl. Toss salad.
  2. Mix salad ingredients together and toss desired amount into the salad.
