Radish Raita

This Indian Yogurt relish is wonderful on grilled chicken and fish as well as served alongside vegetable curries.

Ingredients:

1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
⅓ cup each chopped fresh mint and cilantro
1 serrano chili, seeded, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 cup coarsely grated red radishes, plus more for serving
Sea salt to taste
Olive oil and fresh cilantro leaves (for serving)

Directions:

  1. Mix together yogurt, mint, chili, onion, and lime juice. Gently fold in radishes; season with salt. Serve raita drizzled with a little olive oil and topped with cilantro and mint.
