Pumpkin Hummus


2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste


  1. Puree everything in a food processor or blender and enjoy!
  2. *Add 1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for even more pumpkin flavor!
  3. *Serve with carrot sticks, celery, sliced bell peppers and/or pita chips
