1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound pork, minced*
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 bunch pak choi, trimmed and shredded
3 cups jasmine rice, cooked
4 green shallots, thinly sliced
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves to serve
*Can leave out the pork for a vegetarian dish
