Pomegranate Apple Sauce


10 apples, peeled, cored, chopped

1 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on high. When hot, cover pot with lid, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 10-15 minutes until apples are soft.
  2. Mash with a potato masher.
  3. Can serve warm or chill and save for a few days in the refrigerator.
