Fresh Peach Salsa

Ingredients:

2 ripe peaches, pitted and diced

1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

½ sweet onion, diced

½ serrano pepper, minced (remove ribs and seeds for less heat)

¼ cup basil leaves, sliced into thin ribbons

½ fresh lime, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Combined all ingredients in a medium bowl and gently stir to mix.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or over grilled shrimp or fish.
