1 large carrot finely diced
1 medium onion, diced

1 bunch chard, stems removed and roughly chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. dried oregano
8 cups chicken stock
2 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme
Sea salt and pepper to taste
