Orange Vanilla Shake


¼ teaspoon orange zest
2 Navel oranges, peeled and halved (fresh or frozen)
1 cup ice
½ cup milk of your choice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


  1. Grate orange zest, then peel and halve oranges.
  2. Place fruit in a blender with ice, milk, vanilla, and zest.
  3. Purée until smooth and frothy; serve immediately.
