Miso soup

Ingredients:

Oil
Garlic
Onion
Carrots
Mushrooms
Stock
Tofu OR cashews
Greens
Other veggies
Miso
Soy Sauce or tamari

Directions:

  1. Sautee your aromatics, then add other veggies and stock.
  2. Add water and greens, as well as silken tofu or cashews, and the greens.
  3. Add miso and soy sauce at the end of cooking time so as not to denature the enzyme products of the fermentation.
