Long Green Beans in Thai Peanut Sauce


1 Tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 bunch long beans, cut into bite-size pieces red pepper to taste
2 Tbsp oil—olive, vegetable, peanut or coconut


  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil, set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, stir-fry the green beans in oil until crisp-tender.
  3. Remove from the heat.
  4. Add the soy sauce mixture; stir to coat.
