Greens with Ginger Sesame

2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ onion, chopped
1 inch fresh ginger, minced
2 bunches greens (kale, collards, chard), stems removed and leaves chopped
2 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
3-4 cloves garlic, sliced
Toasted sesame oil

  1. Toast sesame seeds until golden in a dry skillet, for about 2-3 minutes. Be careful they can burn quickly. Set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium. Add the onion and ginger and sauté until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the greens, garlic and 2 tablespoons Braggs and sauté until greens are wilted.
  4. Add a splash of water or vegetable broth and stir. Cover and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add a couple dashes of toasted sesame oil, stir and top with the reserved toasted sesame seeds.
