Grapefruit, Mint & Rosemary Tonic


1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

A handful of fresh mint

1 small sprig of rosemary

Honey to taste

Sparkling water or natural artisan tonic water


  1. Place the mint, rosemary sprig and honey in a large mason jar or a glass pitcher if making large batches. Taste for sweetness. Let the rosemary sprig remain in the juice for no more than 10 minutes. Fill tall glasses with ice and ¾ the way with the grapefruit juice. Top off with tonic water or sparkling water. Serve with a mint sprig.
