Grape Salsa

Ingredients:

1/2 small Cabernet onion, diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 cups Thompson Seedless grapes, halved
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/3 cup cilantro
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoon fresh oregano, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine the onion, lime juice and vinegar in a medium bowl and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
