4 cups assorted cherry tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 T. extra virgin olive oil
Handful of fresh basil leaves, torn or fresh herbs of your choice
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Sauté the garlic in the olive oil for 30 seconds in a large skillet. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté until most of them pop. Add the fresh basil and taste for sea salt and pepper.
Serve as a side dish, or on top of your favorite pasta, omelette or a crusty hunk of bread.
