Frozen Grapes

This snack has no added sugar and is perfect for kids or anyone wanting a refreshing treat on hot days or at any time of year.

Ingredients:

1½ pounds Red Flame seedless grapes

Directions:

  1. Place the grapes in a colander. Place the colander in a sink and give them a good rinse. Let drain for 10 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the grapes from their stems and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Place the baking sheet in a freezer for 2-24 hours.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and serve the grapes or transfer them to a zip-top bag.
  5. When you’re ready to eat the frozen grapes, remove them from the freezer and let them warm up for 5 minutes on the countertop before eating.
  6. Frozen grapes will keep in the freezer for up to several months.
